Theresa honed a values-based leadership style that helps board volunteers and C-Suite leaders make a difference for their organization, stakeholders, community, and the people they benefit. She is committed to a life of continuous learning and sharing that knowledge with others.
Her boutique consulting company is dedicated to helping passionate people make a difference in their community. She has studied and been certified by highly respected and nationally recognized organizations in the coaching and fundraising sectors.
Leslie Appleton-Young
Retired California Association of Realtors Chief Economist
As Chief Economist, she directed the activities of the Association’s Member Information Group. She over- saw the analysis of housing market and brokerage industry trends, broker relations, and membership development activities. She was also closely involved in the Association’s strategic planning efforts and is a well-known speaker nationally in the real estate community.
She is a co-founder of CAR’s WomanUP Initiative which empowers women leaders in the real estate industry. She has a podcast entitled “Coffee with Leslie” where she interviews top leaders in the industry. With her husband, John Tuccillo, retired National Association of REALTORS Chief Economist, they consult and speak around the country about real estate trends and the economy.
