Christine is a classically trained marketing leader whose client is the sales professional. She has extensive customer marketing experience in the real estate and consumer packaged goods industries which means she can uniquely marry brand strategies with client goals. Her niche is creating business development and marketing strategies for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals. She is the co-founder of Post & Beam Creative, a marketing and branding firm specializing in the real estate industry.

She spent 14 years as VP of Marketing and Agent Development for 2 large real estate firms in the Boston area. Her corporate upbringing and disciplined style, combined with her belief in creating strong client relationships, give her a unique approach to creating customized business and marketing solutions.

Her passion lies in helping people grow. Nothing feels more rewarding than inspiring someone to find the confidence to take risks or try something new and grow along the way. She is also a blogger and author of, the Host of the Know Like Trust podcast and Contributor at Inman News and Real Trends.

Debra Trappen

Debra is a sought-after executive consultant, best-selling author, talk show host, engaging speaker, and respected voice of women’s empowerment movements. She is known for her signature “truth, wrapped in grace, with sides of sass, moxie, and fire” way of communicating and engaging her beloved communities.

Erick Allen (EA)

EA is a Certified Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counselor. He grew up in Portland, OR in a historically marginalized community. He takes pride in filling voids in the world. His goal is to change the narrative on how counseling and therapy are presented and received, especially with people of color.

Through journaling he was able to learn the art of unpacking trauma and how to use experiences as a testimony of perseverance. Allen’s mission is to uplift others through diagnosis and treatment of addiction as mental illness. His motto is “Resiliency & Recovery– One Individual, One Family, and One Community at a time.” He is an influencer with very successful podcast entitled “Analyze This Topic”. He has released his new book “Affirmation Journal for Recovery”.

Glen Wagstaff

Glen is the managing partner of Inter Vivos, PLLC, the nation’s largest estate planning law firm headquartered in Utah. After founding the firm in 2014, Glen has assisted countless families in their planning and handled both large estates and complex international planning needs including cases across Europe, South America and Asia.

His expertise includes assisting with offshore entities and coordinating international assets and tax. The firm now has over 100 member attorneys with licenses in 38 different states and 10 countries. It annually receives recognition as the Best Estate Planning Firm in the United States by multiple international publications since 2018 and Glen has been recognized with over a dozen Best Managing Attorney awards.

He began a career in financial services which ultimately led him to an interest in serving people by helping them protect their families and their assets through estate planning. He and his wife Kim have 5 beautiful children.

Jake Wolfe

Jake Wolfe recently co-founded and is the CEO at, where he is responsible for guiding the company’s strategy and operations to turn every Klevr Real Estate Agent into the most dominant agent in their marketplace. He recently started 2 Roof Maxx dealerships that provide a cutting-edge product for protecting and extending the life of roofs in an environmentally safe way.

In addition, he is an Executive Marketing Coach and Business Consultant within his agency. He has been responsible for directly hiring and managing over 500 employees for multiple companies in various industries. His leadership and systems have led to tremendous growth, contracts and over 100 million in additional profits.

Jake is also proficient at seeking out and negotiating strategic business alliances leading to tremendous profit opportunities, including taking a real estate venture valued at $40 million to the closing table.

Considered by many as one of the top marketing minds in the U.S., Mr. Wolfe truly delivers on results and raises the bar for all to follow. Besides developing marketing strategy for agency clients, he implements his intellectual capital in his own businesses, as well.

Before the age of 30, he had acquired an underperforming manufacturing company in the pet product industry. His marketing leadership landed the company in leading pet magazines and within a year and three months, Mr. Wolfe achieved product placement of three separate SKUs into 1,145 PETCO locations across the U.S.

Mr. Wolfe, as member of the United State Air Force, is a highly decorated veteran of the War on Terror and was the recipient of the United States Air Force Leadership Award— one of the Air Force’s most prestigious awards.

When he is not creating new businesses, he loves to spend time with family and friends, riding his motorcycle, BBQ, enjoying a fine cocktail and cigar, and is an avid racing enthusiast.

Michael Maldonado

Michael has had a very diversified life’s journey, living in many different countries and speaking many languages. He has spent the last 30 years as a real estate professional working with investors to find the perfect properties and advising home sellers on their options when they have a distressed property and are facing foreclosure. His expertise has helped many to save their homes and others to understand what options they have in the foreclosure process. His dedication to doing the right thing has him going above and beyond what his competitors are willing to do.

He loves training and developing agents to reach their goals, instilling the gratification that comes from assisting people make the right decisions whether it is the right investment or the best option to avoid foreclosure. He is a past member of the Altadena Rotary and understands the importance of service above self.

He loves the outdoors and sunsets at the beach. He is an avid golfer, loves kayaking, wine tasting and cooking. He is especially looking forward to every child having a go- kit.

Karen Liz Albert

Karen is a Social Media consultant, speaker, author and seminar leader, is the owner/founder of Behind Your Curtain. Karen has 20+ years’ experience in marketing, consulting and professional training and has successfully used her Social Media expertise to launch targeted Social Media marketing campaigns for business owners, and entrepreneurs, helping them achieve tangible marketing results by strategically promoting brand awareness and increasing customers.

Karen has also developed educational, hands-on workshops for business owners and her signature presentation “Social Media, is For Small Biz” is targeted specifically towards educating business owners, real estate professionals, authors and entrepreneurs on the value of Social Media Marketing for their business and their individual brand. She hosts her own show “Behind Your Curtain” and is in high demand as a, expert guest on local and national radio shows discussing the latest in social media marketing and trends. She donates her time to her church and nonprofits and also enjoys being the lead singer in a local Denver band.

Tracey Hawkins

Tracey “Safety Lady” Hawkins is a former agent and leading international real estate safety and security expert since 1995. She is a sought-after keynote speaker who has spoken twice at the National Association of Realtors National Conference, and been interviewed by radio, podcast and TV national media.

She is a safety writer for NAR’s REALTOR(R) Magazine. In 2022 she won an award from RISMedia for her contributions.

She’s a master content creator who has written and teaches 13 highly rated interactive safety classes. She teaches agents to stay safe and build their businesses by protecting the consumer. She teaches brokerages how to reduce liability. Plus, safety marketing handouts.
